
We strive to bring familiar Asian classics with a healthier twist without sacrificing flavor. Many times, the star of our dishes starts at the sauce. Our beloved Teriyaki sauce is always made fresh, using the same recipe grandma used 30 years ago at her small Teriyaki stall in Pike Place Market. This is why we create sauces in house, in small batches, to protect the integrity of the ingredients and limit unnecessary additives.
